Probably not: Even though there may not be any risk of transmission of bacteria or viruses through this medium, this is not the optimal wound-cleansing material, and may do more harm than good. If it is all you had, and you're out in the jungle somewhere, fine, but otherwise simple soap and water would be a better idea. Alcohol dries tissues out, and kills your own tissue, which will slow wound healing.

OUCH: Dettol 60% should be limited to hand washing with intact skin. While it kills most viruses and kills bacteria by disrupting its cell structure, it unfortunately has the same effect on exposed cells in a wound thus causing additional damage, not to mention being a little uncomfortable.
