Part of my neck is feeling a sort of muscle spasm. i can actually see it bulge a little at times around the carotid area. im hoping its not a stroke type situation. weird neck symptom?

Bulge: Could be as simple as muscle spasm, or as complex as a neoplasm. Sorry, new can't diagnose on the site, only give general healthcare answers. Best choice is to be physically examined. Second best choice is to arrange for a virtual evaluation. Please get this checked out.

Sxs: It is not uncommon for people to have built up fascia/ muscles in areas of tension. However, can't say without evaluation.
