Arm pain: Pain or numbness going down the left arm is a classic sign of something going on with your heart. However given you age it seems unlikely that the symptoms that you are having are heart related. If you have had a history of neck injuries, it is likely that this is the cause of your symptoms. However as always when in doubt please confer with you primary care physician. Hope that this helps.
