If you have carotid stenosis, this could be the root cause of your stroke, but would certainly wonder about alternative causes at age 35. Bilateral strokes could cause spasticity and weakness in your limbs, and vertebral-basilar dissection might more likely represent anatomy, if this were conceivable, but I am skeptical of your purported mechanisms. See a neurologist and get more precision.
