Had a muscle biopsy done saying i have denervation and neurogenic changes in right arm. i have symptoms of pressure, tightness, numbness in right side of my neck and head. im wondering if my carotid artery could be narrowed. could these be related?

Don't think this is carotid disease narrowing but it could be a cervical neuropathy. You young for carotid artery narrowing. Easiest way to be sure is have your PCP listen for what is called a carotid bruit with his stethoscope.

Narrowing of the carotid is uncommon at this age. I doubt that your symptoms are related to it. Have your MD check you for it and stay in care of a nuerologist for the arm symptoms. Hope you do well.
