Coconut oil- so many conflicting reports about health benefits. i wanted to incorporate in my diet - 1 or 2 tablespoons a day to help regulate me. i dont have a cholesterol problem nor want one. what do you think?

Depends: If you want to take a supplement to regulate your bowels, I would recommend plant fiber over coconut oil. As you mentioned, there are conflicting reports on health benefits. In some ways, the benefits of coconut oil were over-hyped. There was a craze where people were using it for EVERYTHING! Now that the initial craze is over, there's not so much hype (as is the case with most diet fads).
