Depends: One's cardiac risk is dependent on multiple factors. These include high serum lipid (cholesterol, LDL etc) , low hdl, lack of regular exercise, hypertension, and high fat diet ). Genetics is a huge factor. A high fat diet increases the risk for colon cancer and you should eat more healthily and exercise regularly . 1/2 of all heart attacks occur in people with normal cholesterol level.
