What would cause nausea, diarrhea & runny nose that started sept. 3rd & is still going on today? also have some body aches & a heaviness in my chest that both started up today; but no fever at all. possible covid infection? or something else?

Viral infection: All of these symptoms are typical of viral infections. It could be Coronavirus, but it could also be adenovirus or another. Treatment is the same for: Symptom relief. Drink lots of fluids, especially electrolyte solutions (gatorade,etc) Pain reliever (acetaminophen), nasal decongestant spray or pill, lots of rest. See a doctor for difficulty breathing, persistent chest pain, confusion/lethargy.
