I have been having consistent diarrhea with head aches & nausea. my wife developed the same symptoms with vomiting...can this be covid 19 ?

COVID 19 concerns: COVID 19 is possible but Upper respiratory presentation is more common that primarily GI symptoms. COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, sneezing, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches.
