if i only got 4 hours or less of sleep last night, how would i feel that day? obviously tired, but could only have 4 hours of sleep cause any other physical symptoms?

Sleep deprivation: Symptoms of sleep deprivation can include irritability, feeling tired, poor concentration, decreased memory, changes in appetite, poorer ability to handle stress, lack of comprehension with social interactions. In severe cases it can lead to psychosis !
