Great question.: Unclear what the cause is? Is it the same week each month is anything special happening at that time-like are you worried about getting a paycheck? I sounds like you had a full medical checkup so there are no physical causes. Have you tried meditation or melatonin? So sorry to hear of your problem and hope you get better soon.

Possibilities: You may have restless leg syndrome, a circadian rhythm disorder, or just be a "short sleeper" (habitual duration of sleep <5 hours with normal sleep continuity and quality. Do you have daytime drowsiness? You may not need 8 hours! it may not be a disease at all. It may be normal for you.
