What can cause spitting up mucus in morning when not sick, only other symptom is fatigue from not good sleep? also, not consistent, pinprick of blood.

Many things: including reflux with micro aspiration, sinus infections, bronchitis, smoking, sleep obstructed breathing, dental or gum disease, enlarged tonsils or adenoids, allergies, and a host of other less common conditions. Please have a good physical exam.
