Can vistaril (hydroxyzine) cause slight quivering in the lips? i took four tabs (25mg) yesterday. wasnt able to sleep it all off now i'm tired and my face quivers.

Vistaril (hydroxyzine): Yes thats a high dose and it can have anticholinergic and antihistamine side effects and sometimes cause seizures.

May be side effect: For some people, vistaril (hydroxyzine) will cause people to be unable to sleep and be aggitated. The lip quivering is probably due to the effect of medication and lack of sleep.

Possible: But have not seen it might have a lot to do with combination of med, lack of sleep and anxiety.
