A member asked:

I have several symptoms of a brain stem tumor. blurred/double vision, unilateral tinnitus, nausea, palpitations, high blood pressure. i have no history of cancer. had brain mri, clear. this has been going on for a year. could it still be tumor?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Wouldn't think so: Any tumor big enough to press on nerves & trigger symptoms in various separate sites in the brain would be evident on an MRI scan, especially issues lasting a year.
