Migraine, tension?: There can be be many different causes of headache with no changes on MRI or ct. If you have pcos, you , ya be obese, and so pseudotumor cerebri could be one of the causes. Stress, depression and anxiety may also contribute to headaches. It is important to see your provider and discuss this issues.

Benign: The commonest cause of a benign headache is a muscle contraction, (tension) headache. The next most common is a migraine. Then sinus headache. I see you take sudafed - this may actually be contributing. Speak with your doctor and consider analgesics and muscle relaxant/anxiolytics.
