Brain: I am not sure how the lesions on the frontal lobe are causing your heart problem unless they are very large. You blood pressure issues and low pulse are likely due to the heart and need to be evaluate by a cardiologist. The brain lesion should be evaluated by a neurologist or neurosurgeon to see if it needs treatment and also if it might be causing the heart issues.
