Sleep study: A full night;s sleep does not mean it is good sleep. Teeth clenching, snoring, sleep apnea may be present which can produce morning fatigue. Speak with your doc about a polysomnogram (sleep study) to be sure what is happening overnight. Til then add some caffeine to the morning routine by consuming tea or coffee, or cola drinks. Good luck
