29/m. i have b/l inf. turbinate mild hypertrophy on ct-pns; sinuses are clear. i use fexofenadine/pseudoephedrine & steroid n/spray daily, sleeps comfortably but still wake up with dry mouth, brain fog & excessive yawning all day. is it sleep apnea?
