I have mild hypertrophy of inferior turbinates on ct-pns. i sleep comfortably at night without nasal congestion after fluticasone nasal spray. but i feel head heaviness and daytime somnolence if i don't take oral pseudoephedrine. what to do?

I would continue the spray for a month and see if you can eventually wean off the pseudoephedrine. The issue is more a trouble than a sign of bad things to come.

High mold exposure when cleaning. Allergic to mold. 1 wk increasing sinus/chest congestion, itching nose/eyes/throat. Antihistamine? Fluticasone?
