Talk to your DR.: Follow up with the Dr who ordered the labs. They need to know how badly you are feeling so that they can make a diagnosis and come up with a plan of treatment.

RA: With that elevated RA factor I would consider you to have late onset rheumatoid arthritis until proven otherwise. Another autoimmune disorder is a less likely cause. I don't think side effects if xeloda or gemzar are causes but would ask your oncologist about this. A rheumatologist is best qualified to evaluate, advise, treat & follow you.
