Doubt it: While you could have HPV in your throat the activity you describe is unlikely to be a cause. By the time you know you have HPV you have antibodies in your system that reduce the chance of it spreading to a distant site. Saliva also has anti-germ properties in general. Kissing is not a common source of transfer.
