Oral HPV is uncommon, even after oral-genital exposure, and certainly is no risk from mouth-finger contact. Don't worry about it!

hpv is transmitted by skin to skin contact skin to mucosa contact. if the finger sucked had touched a wart area then sucked yes. Best to ask the person if they are infected and get your self checked too. and ask your MD about a HPV vaccine. Good luck
