Hi i am a 28yr old male. the fronts of my knees get very hot and i feel blood pumping through them sometimes in an evening. no pain or swelling. i've noticed it specifically when drinking alcohol. should i be concerned? i also kneel a lot in my job!

Knee symptoms: If there's no discoloration, swelling or marked tenderness, I attribute this symptom to knee sensitivity from your occupation. Alcohol does dilate the arteries and these sensitive areas of overuse apparently have increased sensing of increase in blood circulating through the blood vessels in and around the knees.
