I can't tell if it's a nerve or a blood clot.have slight aches or sharp pains on my calf, knee, thigh, hip, foot for months no swelling or red.any idea?

Needs to be checked: We can not tell you what it could be, but pain persisting for months without any swelling is unlikely to be from a blood clot.I wil suggest you get yourself checked by your primary care doctor.
