Behind/in the crease of my left knee is purple. theres no pain or swelling. both kneecaps started to hurt but get better with moving, i do have a sedentary job. that said, i also have severe anxiety and worry could it still be a blood clot?

From your description it is not a blood clot. Use local heat . If the spot persists than pl see your doc.

I have had xrays on my left knee to see what is wrong with it due to it being swollen and hurting back in July. I was diagnosed with have patella in both knees. After physical therapy, my swelling went down - but now its back when I am moving a lot. It doesnt hurt but there is a lot of fluid on the knee and it seems to go away when I work out.
