i assume you are talking about COVID or maybe flu or both. I would not do it unless everyone else is vaccinated for both. You do not want it to be your last cruise. ;-)

Cruise ships have lots of people crowded together. Fully-vaccinated people have more protection from one another's infectious germs than unvaccinated or partially-vaccinated people. Other considerations involve the other people on the ship, and all the folks that vacationers meet on shore excursions. One has to look at the entire picture to decide. What happens if 60 passengers or crew get sick?

Most cruise companies are trying to make cruises CoVid-19 safe by insisting that all adults show proof of vaccination before boarding, thus adult only cruise should be fairly safe. However, safe social distancing will continue to be problematic with thousands of passengerson any of the huge cruise ships. Personally, would not take the chance before 2022.
