So i have episodes of bad sulfur burps along with diarrhea and vomiting and cold sweats with no energy. went to doctor and got looked at and had a sample taken from my digestive tract and no answer. it doesnt seem to matter what i eat either. help!?

Peptobismol may help but may make your stools black.
