Seek care: Spunds like you have severe gastroenteritis. There are many reasons including viral infections, food posioning, and some other more complex issues. Seeking care is best course of action. Call your primary care or seek care and an urgent care. You may need fluids and further testing including medications to stop nausea. Take care feel better.
