Cannot diagnose: Without seeing you, getting a full history and performing an exam and obtaining labs it is unclear whether or not you actually have a viral infection. In either event it would be unusual to develop UTI from a viral gastroenteritis. My advice is to see a doctor and have this evaluated appropriately. Good luck.
