Egg burps: If you have blood in your stool or vomit, or you've feeling weak or exceptionally tired, or your mouth is very dry, skin is clammy, or you haven't urinated in the past 12 hours,; you need to go now. Persistent diarrhea and/or vomiting can lead to dehydration.
