Resolved?: If you have gotten better and this has not recurred would assume it was an acute viral infection, or something that you ate. If it persists see a GI doctor.

I have been vomiting, have severe diarrhea, sulphur burps and lethargy for 5 days. I have not been able to really keep even water down.
