I couldn't sleep much last night could it be because i go asleep at about 3am and get at 2pm but i went to bed at 11pm and got 5 -6 hours and then woke up and couldn't sleep or do i need to go to a doctor ?

Sleep hygiene: It sounds like by changing your sleeping habits, that are otherwise not the best possible, your sleep quality has changed which is otherwise typical in such circumstances. Would suggest working on your sleep habits, trying to get to sleep before midnight and keeping mornings active. Shoot for 7-8 h per night.
