Could taking dramamine-n, dicyclomine & chewable pepto bismal together for a few months cause dry mouth & nose as well as the sensation that there's something stuck in the back of your throat (like you get from post-nasal drip)?

Possibly: Both Dramamine & Dicyclomine are antihistamines that by their actions tend to thicken/dry any secretions. It is more a side effect than the usual intended use.
