Yes.: It is safe to take all 3 medications together. It’s a good idea to make sure that you’re not taking any other products with acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, before you take it. You may also notice black stools or darkening of your tongue while taking Pepto Bismol (bismuth subsalicylate). This is harmless and should just be a temporary side effect of Pepto Bismol (bismuth subsalicylate).
