Traveling provides lots of opportunity for dehydration. Flights can dehydrate from too much low humidity air, travel interrupts our natural water intake routine, and alcohol consumption can lead to extra fluid loss. Foods available (which are rich/high in fat) can also constipate. Intentially drink way more water than you think you need, avoid alcohol, and eat fruits and veggies while traveling.
