Spirulina: There are no known interactions between spirulina and the drugs you take. I recommend considering taking L-theanine 100 mg twice daily for the anxiety. You could also take 5-htp 150 mg at bedtime and this will make your Lexapro much more effective. Lexapro doesn't increase serotonin levels but 5-htp does. The combination works well and some people can taper off the Lexapro and continue Lexapro.
