Not a good combo: Tobacco alone dramatically increases your miscarriage risk. In addition, while Lexapro seems to be safer than Paxil (paroxetine) in pregnancy it can cause issues after birth with the baby. Klonopin is also addictive and is really only supposed to be taken twice a day. Your baby will withdrawal from klonopin. It shouldn't be used chronically.
