Hi doctor, please advise. im experiencing abdominal pains - vulva discomfort & pressure to urinate. visited dr. who diagnosed a bladder infection and prescribed ciprofloxacin unicorn 500, synaleave, citrosoda & probiotics but symptoms persists.

Re-evaluation : If symptoms persists after starting antibiotic therapy, a re-evaluation is warranted, maybe including a urine culture. Persistence of symptoms could mean that the infection is not responding to current antibiotic and a change of antibiotic may help.
