I have hypoglycemia for years and for two years symptoms of pins and needles pain over active bladder headache dry mouth difficulty walking, all the blood work were normal. is this a type 1 diabetes? which other conditions mimics the same symptom?

It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help.
