No: HealthTap offers a telemedicine service. A person should not be able to get any certification for disability, for mental competence, for a service animal, for an emotional support pet, etc., because such certifications need a thorough evaluation of the patient, the patient's history, and an exam. The brief visits on HealthTap's telehealth service are for simple acute care of illnesses. (Aug. 2020)

Also Ambien ( Zolpidem) is a controlled substance that cannot be prescribed on HealthTap. Best for your needs will be to establish with a local primary care doc or group.
