What is an effective over-the-counter treatment for scabies? my children got scabies and im not sure i have them but i want to treat for them to be safe. i don't have insurance or a doctor and can't afford a prescription.

There : There is a cream called Elimite (permethrin) that you can buy over the counter. Follow the detailed instructions on the packaging. Also make sure to clean the sheets and all other bedding in very hot water. Good luck.
