For past week havent use my right arm was feeling pain after blood test so i have been using left arm for everything now that my right arm is feeling better for some reason my left arm inner elbow feels hurt, tender. why? took aleve past 3 days

Repetitive motion: The pain in the left arm may be due to repetitive motions to which the arm was not used to. Aleve is okay. Give the arm some rest. If it does not get back to near normal in a week, it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
