Possibly: U should try a NSAID cream on your elbow and try to avoid power grip activitites, a cortisone shot could provide relief fairly quickly also.Best of luck1.

Avoid cortisone shot: Studies have showed that those individuals who receive cortisone shots for tennis elbow are more likely to develop chronic pain in that area.
