Not the norco: But do finish amoxicillin. If no severe pain, no need to take Norco. Antibiotics are to be taken for the whole duration unless significant side effected suspected to be due to them.

No and yes: Norco is a pain reliever. If you have no pain, stop taking the analgesic. Amoxicillin, on the other hand, is an antibiotic. All antibiotics must be taken for the full length of the prescription. Don't quit early as to do so creates risk of 1) almost controlled infection roaring back, and 2) allowing only partially controlled bacteria to build up a resistance. So take all of the antibiotic pills.
