ABX: I am assuming that you had an infection or good chance of incurring an infection if you were prescribed an abx, so taking it must have a purpose. You shold typically finish a course of abx to get the maximum result. Unfortunately any med can come with possible side affects. If this one is of concern to you, contact your oral surgeon to discuss options of stopping or modifying your regimen.

Not good idea: Usually not a good adea to stop antibiotics before course of treatment over. Best thing you can do is call the oral surgeon and discuss the situation with him. He knows your case and can best advise you.
