Probably: This question is best addressed by dentist who presumably prescribed Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) (http://www.Drugs.Com/norco.Html). If not, then question is best answered by doc who prescribed it to you. Hopefully, you're not borrowing someone else's, since there are 3 strengths ; it may be too strong for you. You also didn't mention strength of Ibuprofen (don't exceed 2, 400-3, 200mg/d) but luckily no interactions.

take as directed: Ibuprofen tablets are usually 200 mg - and you should check that. A typical dose is 200, 400, or 600 mg at one time, and i can not tell from your question whether you took "3 ibuprofins" each time, or "1" each time. In any case, Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) should not be a problem in addition to the ibuprofen, if it was prescribed by your dentist / oral surgeon. Ice helps too!
