I believe i have a small lipoma on the left side of my stomach. sometimes when sitting for a while, i will stand up and the left side of my stomach is numb. because its only left side i assume it has to do with the lipoma. should i be concerned?

Too many assumptions: An exam will be needed in order to better correlate symptoms with previous abnormal anatomic structures. Best would be through your doc who will have a sense of the dynamics as well.
