Weight: Do aerobic exercise at least 4 to 5 times a week for 40 minutes, stick to a plant based diet similiar to the mediterranean diet and hopefully you will see results in the not too distant future. Best wishes.

Don't know: If you mean you're having trouble gaining or losing weight. Get an appointment with a good registered dietitian and an evaluation with your doctor.
