Low BP: Symptoms caused by too low a BP are lightheadedness,especially on standing, weakness and intolerance of exertion. Usually a systolic BP of under 100 is symptomatic. Don't omit your losartan but at 109/52,I would ask your MD if you should take 1/2 a tablet for a few days and observe the response. Keep your MD informed about subsequent BP and any persistent symptoms. An office visit may be advised.
