I have a shoulder problems where any pressing motion causes pain. i went to a orthopedic doctor who told me to go to physical therapy. i did and i have the exact same pain i had 2 months ago when i injured myself.

Time for more images: You may have already had an xray of your shoulder when you saw the orthopedic doctor. If you have finished the entire course of your physical therapy and see no improvement, you need to talk to the orthopedist again. They may decide to do advanced imaging such as a special CT or MRI of your shoulder if it has not been done yet. Then they can come up with a better treatment plan.
